Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the goods are received.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items

• Pre-order items

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded for the product price only.

• Original (outgoing) shipping costs are non-refundable.

• A 25% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned goods are inspected.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring items are returned safely and are advised to use a trackable shipping service.

How to Request a Return

Customers must notify us of their intention to withdraw within 14 days of delivery before returning any item. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
